Actress Nhat Kim Anh burst into tears receiving good news at the age of 39

Actress Nhat Kim Anh just welcomed her daughter on January 17th by cesarean section. The health of both mother and child is stable and they will be discharged from the hospital in the next few days.

Share VietNamNet , representative of Nhat Kim Anh said she had just given birth to a baby girl at a maternity hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. The baby, named Julia, was born by cesarean section.

Nhat Kim Anh welcomed her second daughter by cesarean section.

"Baby Julia weighs more than 3.5kg. Currently, the health of both mother and child is stable and they are resting under the doctor's instructions. Ms. Nhat Kim Anh is expected to be discharged from the hospital in the next few days," this person said.

Nhat Kim Anh became pregnant for the second time using IVF in Thailand. During the 9 months of pregnancy, she limited her appearances at events and entertainment activities. The actress also kept all images, information and identity of the baby's father a secret from friends and relatives.

In December 2024, Nhat Kim Anh surprised everyone when she wore an evening gown and showed off her pregnant belly on stage at an event organized by her company.

"I should have shared the good news sooner, but because IVF failed many times, I was afraid of saying too much and failing. I decided to wait until the time was right and certain to announce it so that the joy would be complete," Nhat Kim Anh said.

Nhat Kim Anh said that despite her busy work schedule, she tries to fulfill her responsibilities as a mother. Her eldest son currently lives with his father and paternal family. The actress spends time traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho to visit her son.

“Buu Long is 10 years old this year, he has grown up and matured a lot. Whenever we have free time, we often chat together. Seeing him always be self-aware and well-organized in life makes me feel very secure and at ease,” the actress said.

Nhat Kim Anh was born in 1985 and has participated in movie Long Thanh Cam Gia Ca, Gieo Gio, 39 Do Yeu, Cam Trap - Hoi Tho Cua Quy . She was the youngest judge in the 2017 Vietnam Film Festival. Besides acting, she pursues singing and has released an album. Sand Castle (2008).
