This was the directive of Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, during an inspection of the production and business situation of several enterprises in Tien Hai district on the afternoon of May 28th. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and the delegation visited and encouraged officials and workers, and assessed the operational situation of the Thai Binh Branch of the Sports Goods Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (Tan De Company), Long Hau Ceramic Joint Stock Company, and Thien Hoang Technical and Trading Joint Stock Company - Mikado Ceramic Tile Factory. These are enterprises with large-scale production and revenue, providing employment for many workers and making positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the province in recent years.

Sharing some of the difficulties businesses are currently facing related to consumer markets, rising production costs, land availability, etc., the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the leadership of the companies leverage their collective strength and unity to overcome difficulties and strive to achieve the production and business goals and plans for 2024. With forecasts indicating a positive outlook for both domestic and international markets in the coming period, businesses need to prepare well in all aspects, expand their scale, organize and boost production, improve productivity and product quality to enhance competitiveness in the market, and be ready to seize and utilize opportunities to promote revenue growth. Alongside focusing on production and business tasks, each enterprise should pay more attention to the material and spiritual well-being of its employees and implement social welfare policies effectively.
