A vendor at Nghi Tam flower market said: "These pear flower branches are imported from many northern mountainous provinces such as Lang Son , Lao Cai, Son La... These are trees with rough trunks, flowers often bloom in large clusters, and last a long time. Pear flower trees can withstand harsh weather."

Branches with mistletoe or lots of mold and green moss on the trunk are always sought after by experienced pear flower players.

In addition to large branches, pear branches with prices ranging from 80,000 to over 100,000 VND/bunch are also of interest to many people.

Ms. Bich Lien (Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district) said: "It has become a habit that after the full moon of January, my whole family goes to buy pear blossom branches to arrange. The pure white pear blossoms with their freshness and uniqueness contribute to beautifying the living space of the whole family, making it closer to nature."

Especially this year, pear branches laden with fruit appeared on Lac Long Quan street, making many people love it.
