On July 25th, commemorating the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27th, 1947 - July 27th, 2025), Comrade Bui Huy Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, visited and presented gifts to the families of war veterans in Tuy Duc commune.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), Comrade Bui Huy Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion, visited and presented gifts to war invalid Hoang Xuan Mai, currently residing in Hamlet 3, Tuy Duc Commune.

The delegation visited veteran Hoang Xuan Mai, a 23% disabled war veteran, currently residing in Hamlet 3, Tuy Duc Commune. Due to his advanced age and frail health, Mr. Mai unfortunately suffered a stroke, losing his ability to speak and requiring long-term treatment. His wife also recently suffered a serious accident and, after a period in the hospital, was brought home to continue treatment. Both husband and wife are frail and infirm, while their family's finances are tight, making life difficult.

At the meeting, Comrade Bui Huy Thanh cordially inquired about the health of the family, shared their difficulties, and expressed deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of veteran Hoang Xuan Mai to the cause of national defense. He hoped that veteran Hoang Xuan Mai would continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition, steadfastly overcome difficulties, and stabilize his life.
