On the afternoon of May 18, in Hanoi , the Central Propaganda Department held a conference to present the decision to transfer and appoint Comrade Nguyen Phu Truong, Director, Secretary of the Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda Department to the position of Chief of the Office of the Central Propaganda Department. Comrade Lai Xuan Mon, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Secretary of the agency's Party Committee presented the decision.

Also attending the conference were Deputy Heads of the Central Propaganda Department: Phan Xuan Thuy, Tran Thanh Lam, Vu Thanh Mai; leaders of the Office, leaders of departments and units under the Central Propaganda Department.

According to Decision No. 2418-QD/BTGTW on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Nguyen Phu Truong, Director, Secretary of the Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda Department to hold the position of Chief of the Office of the Central Propaganda Department, from May 18, 2023. The term of appointment is 5 years.

On behalf of the Board's leadership, comrade Lai Xuan Mon, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Secretary of the Party Committee of the agency presented the Decision and flowers to congratulate comrade Nguyen Phu Truong.

In his speech assigning tasks, Comrade Lai Xuan Mon emphasized that after 23 years of working, holding leadership positions in different units, including more than 3 years holding leadership positions in the Central Propaganda Department, Comrade Nguyen Phu Truong has always strived, trained, matured, and received high trust in each position, agency, and unit where he worked. He is always modest, humble, quick to learn, grasp, determined to strive, and successfully complete assigned political tasks.

Comrade Lai Xuan Mon noted that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Phu Truong needs to continue to cultivate and practice his professional skills and office work; take on greater responsibilities and responsibilities; quickly catch up with the new work, advise and coordinate well with departments and units in the agency; promote the spirit of solidarity, enhance the position of the Board, and contribute to the successful completion of the political tasks assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat.
