On the morning of February 13th, at the Provincial Youth Cultural and Sports Center, Thai Binh city held the 2025 military conscription ceremony.
Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, along with other delegates, attended the 2025 military enlistment ceremony.
Attending the ceremony were: Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Hoang Van Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council; representatives of the units receiving the recruits; and leaders of departments, agencies, and organizations of Thai Binh province and city.

During the 2025 military recruitment drive, with high determination and close guidance from Party committees and authorities at all levels, Thai Binh city successfully fulfilled its assigned quota. 213 new recruits enlisted, including 185 citizens performing military service and 28 citizens performing service in the People's Public Security Force. They were assigned to the following units: the Army Ceremonial Unit - General Staff, the Command of the Guard of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, the General Staff, the Hanoi Capital Command, the Border Guard Command, the 12th Army Corps, and the Thai Binh Provincial Military Command.

Speaking at the military enlistment ceremony, Comrade Hoang Van Thanh, Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council, affirmed that, continuing the cause and following in the footsteps of the heroic revolutionary traditions of previous generations and the tradition of "Unity, fighting, creativity, and decisive victory" of the provincial armed forces, the young people of Thai Binh city have donned the sacred uniform of the People's Army and the People's Police. This is an important milestone, marking the maturity and readiness of these comrades to contribute to the cause of protecting and developing the country, and is a source of honor and pride for the Party Committee, the government, and the people of the city.
He expressed his confidence that, with a spirit of unity, discipline, and overcoming difficulties, the new recruits would quickly integrate into the new environment, excellently fulfill all assigned tasks, and become outstanding soldiers in the People's Army and the People's Police.
