Agree to study the construction of "Hung Vuong Tower" in the center of Viet Tri city

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document agreeing in principle to research the idea of ​​building Hung Vuong Tower, in the old Central Market area, Viet Tri City.

Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Trong Tan has just signed and issued Document No. 4769/UBND-CNXD, agreeing in principle to study the idea of ​​building Hung Vuong Tower in the old Central Market area, Viet Tri City with the function of public services, cultural space, green trees... creating environmental landscape, serving the people in the long term future, with beautiful landscape architecture and being a symbolic work, a highlight of Phu Tho province bearing the cultural and historical imprint of the Hung Vuong era, contributing to building Viet Tri City into a festival city returning to the origin of Vietnamese ethnic groups.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Viet Tri City to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Construction and relevant agencies and units to organize a competition for planning and architectural plans for the construction of "Hung Vuong Tower" in the Central Market area (old), Viet Tri City according to current regulations; report to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision before June 30, 2025.

When implemented, Hung Vuong Tower will be funded by the State budget, socialized capital and other legally mobilized capital sources.
