Gem Sky World project is allowed to transfer thousands of land plots

According to the announcement of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai, since September 14, this unit has worked with departments, branches and localities to inspect the current status of land use and construction works at the Gem Sky World project.

The inspection results show that the entire technical infrastructure system of the project has been invested in and constructed and has been inspected and accepted by competent authorities according to regulations.

Regarding social infrastructure and commercial centers, the investor has built 11/11 green park items, completed investment and put into use the primary and secondary school.

In particular, 2 kindergartens, 1 medical station belonging to social infrastructure and 1 commercial center have completed the rough construction, and are currently completing procedures to put into operation. The announcement of Dong Nai Department of Natural Resources and Environment also said that the investor has committed to complete and put into use the above 4 projects before April 30, 2024.

Gem Sky World project is over 92 hectares wide

Based on the results of the inspection of the current status of land use, constructed works and the review of project documents, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai officially announced that 2,305 land plots of the Gem Sky World project by Ha An Company are eligible for transfer.

The Gem Sky World project covers an area of ​​over 92 hectares, originating from rubber land used by Dong Nai Rubber Corporation, which was reclaimed by the Provincial People's Committee and handed over to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to complete the auction procedures. The land was auctioned in 2019 with a starting price of nearly VND 1,646 billion. As a result, Ha An Joint Stock Company won the auction with an amount of VND 3,060 billion. According to the plan, the Gem Sky World project has 4,026 plots of land, including 3,784 plots of townhouses, the rest are villas.

In addition to the Gem Sky World project, this time the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province also issued a notice allowing another residential project near Long Thanh airport to be eligible to transfer 189 more plots of land, which is the STC Long Thanh Urban Area invested by STC Golden Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company. Previously in March 2023, this project was allowed to transfer 820 plots of land by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai.

The STC Long Thanh Urban Area project has a very favorable location, located on the frontage of Provincial Road 769 and right next to the Long Thanh airport resettlement area (Loc An - Binh Son residential area), just a few kilometers from Long Thanh airport. According to the plan, the project has a total of 1,083 plots of land, of which 263 are townhouses, 789 are garden houses and 31 are semi-detached villas.

Although it has the smallest area of ​​the three "golden" lands mentioned above, this land brought Dong Nai a huge amount of money when it was auctioned in 2020 with a starting price of 914 billion VND. As a result, STC Golden Land Real Estate JSC won the auction with the amount of 1,626 billion VND.
