Eurowindow Holding fully paid off all bonds

Published financial indicators show that by the end of 2024, the company's equity increased by 6.5% over the same period, to nearly VND 10,000 billion. Of which, the owner's equity was recorded at VND 3,000 billion, and undistributed profit after tax was more than VND 836.1 billion.

The company's total assets at the end of 2024 will reach nearly 20,000. The debt/equity ratio compared to 2023 will decrease from 1.14 times to 1.143 times, equivalent to total liabilities at nearly VND 9,599.3 billion.

Of which, bank loans are more than VND 2,539 billion, down 6% compared to 2023 and accounting for 26.4% of total debt; other payables include payables to sellers, prepaid buyers, loans from other entities, etc. recorded nearly VND 7,060.3 billion, accounting for 73.6% of total debt.

In addition, the enterprise did not record loans from bond issuance, while in the same period last year this amount was recorded at VND105 billion.

Regarding the payment of principal and interest on bonds, in 2024, Eurowindow Holding spent nearly VND 110.3 billion to pay the principal and interest on the bond lot coded EWHCH2124001 on time. This includes VND 105 billion in principal and nearly VND 5.3 billion in bond interest.

This enterprise is also currently implementing a number of projects such as: In Nghe An, there is the urban area of Dong Vinh and Cua Nam wards, the urban area in Nghi Phu and Hung Loc communes, the urban area in Nghi Lien commune with an area of over 103.6 hectares, with a total investment of over 6,200 billion VND.
