Eurowindow Holding fully paid off all bonds

In fiscal year 2024, Eurowindow Holding will record full bond repayment.

The published financial indicators show that by the end of 2024, the company's equity increased by 6.5% over the same period, reaching nearly VND 10,000 billion. Of which, the owner's equity was recorded at VND 3,000 billion, and undistributed profit after tax was more than VND 836.1 billion.

The company's total assets at the end of 2024 will reach nearly 20,000. The debt/equity ratio compared to 2023 will decrease from 1.14 times to 1.143 times, equivalent to total liabilities of nearly VND 9,599.3 billion.

Of which, bank loans are over VND 2,539 billion, down 6% compared to 2023 and accounting for 26.4% of total debt; other payables include payables to sellers, prepaid buyers, loans from other entities, etc., recording nearly VND 7,060.3 billion, accounting for 73.6% of total debt.

In addition, the company did not record any loans from bond issuance, while in the same period last year, this amount was recorded at VND105 billion.

Regarding the payment of principal and interest on bonds, in 2024, Eurowindow Holding spent nearly VND 110.3 billion to pay the principal and interest on time for the bond lot coded EWHCH2124001. This includes VND 105 billion in principal and nearly VND 5.3 billion in bond interest.

This enterprise is also currently implementing a number of projects such as: In Nghe An, there are Dong Vinh and Cua Nam Ward Urban Areas, Nghi Phu and Hung Loc Commune Urban Areas, Nghi Lien Commune Urban Areas with an area of over 103.6 hectares, with a total investment of over 6,200 billion VND. In Thanh Hoa, there are Hoang Quang and Hoang Long Commune Urban Areas. In Khanh Hoa, there is the Wonder City Van Phong Bay project. In Thai Binh, there is Tan Binh - Tien Phong Urban Area with a total area of 125.4 hectares, with an investment of nearly 8,000 billion VND; Dong Hoa Urban Area with an area of 69 hectares, with an investment of over 2,100 billion VND.
