Ford Vietnam signed a memorandum of understanding to promote the Ford Ensure Program, enhancing customer service experience.

Ford Vietnam and its insurance partners, including Bao Viet Insurance, BSH Insurance, DBV Insurance, and Tasco Insurance, have just signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote the Ford Ensure Program. This event contributes to strengthening and developing the Ford Ensure program to improve the quality of vehicle physical damage insurance services for customers.

The ceremony was held in Hanoi with the participation of Ford Vietnam and strategic insurance partners, witnessed by representatives of the Ford Dealer system nationwide. The signing ceremony marked an important milestone in the cooperation journey between Ford Vietnam and reputable insurance companies, aiming at the common goal of bringing complete peace of mind and the best after-sales service experience to customers.

Building a Comprehensive Service Ecosystem

The Ford Ensure program is developed based on a long-term cooperation vision between Ford Vietnam and insurance partners, aiming to form a comprehensive and seamless service ecosystem.

Through the signing ceremony, the parties committed to strengthening coordination, regularly evaluating and providing timely solutions to increasingly improve service experience for customers.

The memorandum of understanding aims to build a reputable quality vehicle physical insurance service for customers buying Ford vehicles, helping to increase peace of mind and trust from the market; Ensure that Ford vehicles in the program are repaired at authorized Ford dealers with genuine spare parts and according to Ford's global technical standards; Improve appraisal and compensation efficiency through unified processes between the insurance company and the Ford dealer system; Shorten waiting time by optimizing the appraisal process and approving repair costs, bringing maximum convenience to customers.

Ford Ensure brings outstanding benefits to customers thanks to the genuine standard repair process with direct payment guarantee at the dealer, helping to save time.

Thanks to the data connection between the Ford dealer system and insurance partners, the entire claim processing process, from appraisal to cost approval, is fast and transparent. New insurance issuance and renewal procedures are also streamlined, ensuring a consistent and reliable service experience at all Ford Dealers and Authorized Service Stations nationwide.

From November 11, 2025 to January 31, 2026, Ford Vietnam, together with its dealer system and insurance partners in the Ford Ensure program, will launch a voucher giving program for customers nationwide. Accordingly, customers who purchase vehicle physical insurance (including new and renewed) through authorized dealers with insurance partners in the Ford Ensure program will receive 1 voucher applicable to maintenance, general repair, body painting, or purchase of genuine spare parts, accessories and extended service products with a validity period from the date of insurance policy issuance until December 31, 2026.
