Nearly 100 grassroots union officials were trained on union congresses.

On October 24, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of the province organized a training conference on congress work for nearly 100 delegates from affiliated grassroots trade unions.

Through the training course, grassroots union officials are fully equipped with knowledge, skills and master the procedures, regulations and instructions for organizing congresses according to the instructions of superiors, contributing to ensuring that congresses take place in a unified manner, in accordance with the charter and achieve good results.

The training content focuses on the preparation and organization of the grassroots trade union congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, including: propaganda about the congress; guidance on procedures and personnel work; guidance on the use of forms and documents serving the congress of affiliated grassroots trade unions; at the same time, unifying a number of contents in the congress organization plan, ensuring proper implementation of regulations and high efficiency.

According to the plan, the commune and ward trade union congresses will be completed before October 31, 2025.

Grassroots trade unions and grassroots unions must complete their congresses before November 30, 2025.

The 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will be held after the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and is expected to be completed before December 31, 2025.
