
Currently, 18,010 customers, equivalent to 0.36% of EVNCPC's total customers, have not had their power restored. These areas are still mainly deeply flooded and isolated in the areas of Quang Tri, Thua Thien - Hue, Da Nang and Quang Ngai Power Companies.
EVNCPC still has 43 unresolved incidents, 134 distribution transformer stations are out of power. The total unrecovered capacity is about 7.3 MW, equivalent to 0.2% of EVNCPC's maximum load (3,646 MW).
Specifically, in Quang Tri, there are still 1,682 customers and 19 transformer stations without electricity, with a capacity loss of about 0.5 MW. The three communes of Cam Hong, Le Ninh and Ninh Chau are still without electricity.
In Thua Thien - Hue , 15,011 customers and 83 transformer stations are being restored, with a capacity loss of 5.97 MW. Wards and communes still without power include Phu Xuan, Thuan Hoa, Vy Da, Phong Thai, Quang Dien, Hoa Chau, Huong An, Huong Tra and Kim Tra.

In Da Nang city, there are still 1,259 customers and 27 transformer stations without electricity, losing 0.76 MW of capacity. The affected areas include Thang Truong, A Vuong, Hung Son, Dong Giang, Tay Giang, Tra Linh, Tra Giap and Tra Lap.
In Quang Ngai, there are still 58 customers and 5 transformer stations that have not been restored, with a capacity loss of 0.05 MW. Dak Plo and Ca Dam communes are still isolated, making it difficult to access the scene.
EVNCPC said that power units in the region are mobilizing maximum human resources and means to urgently restore power supply to all customers, while ensuring absolute safety during operation and troubleshooting after floods.
