In the world, the price of this commodity on the two floors in London and New York on December 8, 2025 remained stable.

There were no new changes in world coffee prices today . Last week, the price of robusta for delivery in January 2026 fell sharply by nearly 6%; while the price of arabica for delivery in December 2025 fell by more than 1.6%. The reason was due to concerns about abundant supply from the harvest in Vietnam.
Vietnam is on track for its biggest coffee crop in four years, despite heavy rains and severe flooding that have disrupted the harvest. Output in the 2025-2026 crop year is expected to rise 10% from the previous year, maintaining the original estimate, according to Nguyen Nam Hai, chairman of VICOFA. However, he warned that further rains could affect the quality of the beans.
Recently, the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) of the US Department of Agriculture has revised its forecast for coffee production in Vietnam down to 30.8 million bags, down slightly from the previous estimate of 31 million bags, but still up 6.2% compared to the 2024-2025 crop year. In the Central Highlands region, the world's largest producer of robusta coffee, continuous rains have disrupted harvesting and drying. Some farmers said they have only harvested about 50-60% of the crop, while coffee beans have not been able to dry due to prolonged rain. This situation has caused coffee quality to decline, with a high proportion of black beans.

Despite the difficulties, Vietnam's coffee exports still recorded positive results, reaching 1.4 million tons in 11 months of 2025, up 14.8% over the same period last year. In November alone, the export volume increased by 39.1%, reaching 88,000 tons. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, robusta coffee exports decreased slightly, with a lower increase compared to the previous week, due to gradually decreasing inventories.

In Dak Lak province, Cu M'gar area is purchasing coffee at 103,000 VND/kg today. Ea H'leo and Buon Ho areas are trading at 102,900 VND/kg.
In Dak Nong (Lam Dong province), traders in Gia Nghia and Dak R'lap traded at 103,000 and 102,900 VND/kg, respectively.
In Gia Lai province, Chu Prong area is trading at 102,500 VND/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai are holding at 102,400 VND/kg.
Coffee price in Kon Tum (Quang Ngai province) today is being purchased at 102,400 VND/kg.
