Pig prices today, November 3, across the country remained stable, fluctuating from 49,000 - 54,000 VND/kg. The North continued to maintain the highest price, while the Central region traded at the lowest price.

According to records on November 3, the price of live pigs nationwide did not fluctuate much, remaining stable compared to the previous session. The current common purchase price is in the range of 49,000 - 54,000 VND/kg.

Pig price in the North

The live hog market in the North today is flat, with prices ranging from 52,000 to 54,000 VND/kg. The highest price in the region is 54,000 VND/kg recorded in Bac Ninh and Hanoi . Localities such as Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Hai Phong and Ninh Binh maintain the price of 53,000 VND/kg. The remaining provinces in the region such as Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Son La trade around 52,000 VND/kg.

In the Central Highlands region, the purchase price of live pigs fluctuated between 49,000 and 53,000 VND/kg. The lowest price in the country was 49,000 VND/kg, recorded in the provinces of Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang , Quang Ngai and Gia Lai. Meanwhile, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An continued to be the two localities with the highest price in the region at 53,000 VND/kg. Lam Dong recorded a price of 50,000 VND/kg, while Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa were stable at 50,000 VND/kg and 51,000 VND/kg, respectively.

The price of live pigs in the South also remained stable, trading in the range of 50,000 - 53,000 VND/kg. Ca Mau continued to maintain the highest price in the region at 53,000 VND/kg. The provinces of Dong Nai, Tay Ninh and An Giang had a purchase price of 52,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Thap, Vinh Long and Can Tho maintained the price of 51,000 VND/kg.
