Update on world pepper prices from the International Pepper Association (IPC) on the morning of December 5, 2025, today's exported pepper recorded slight fluctuations in the Indonesian market . Other markets have stable prices compared to yesterday's trading session.

Specifically, the price of Indonesian Lampung black pepper was traded at 6,998 USD/ton, down slightly by 0.9% compared to the previous session.

Similarly, the country's Muntok white pepper price also decreased by 0.9% compared to yesterday, currently trading at $9,648/ton.

Meanwhile, Brazilian pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday's trading session. Currently, Brazilian pepper prices are trading at 6,250 USD/ton.

Vietnam's white pepper price today remained unchanged, anchored at a high of 9,250 USD/ton.

The price of Vietnamese black pepper 500 gr/l remained unchanged compared to yesterday, reaching 6,500 USD/ton. Vietnamese black pepper 550 gr/l reached 6,700 USD/ton.

In Malaysia, the price of ASTA black pepper is currently stable at 9,200 USD/ton. The price of ASTA white pepper in this market today reached 12,300 USD/ton, unchanged from yesterday.

Meanwhile, the domestic pepper market price today ( December 5) increased from 500 - 1,000 VND/kg in some places. Currently, the domestic pepper price is trading in the range of 147,500 - 150,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, in Gia Lai today, pepper is traded at 147,500 VND/kg, a slight increase of 500 VND/kg this morning.

Meanwhile, traders in Dak Lak and Lam Dong traded pepper at 150,000 VND/kg, an increase of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday. These are also the two localities with the highest pepper prices in the country today.

Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City recorded pepper prices unchanged compared to yesterday, currently trading at 148,000 VND/kg.
