Some localities, using their own funds, have implemented the construction of OCOP product introduction points according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade's criteria and with a unified sales point identity. The product catalog is increasingly diverse, rich, of good quality, and traceable. Many products have beautiful, sophisticated, and unique designs, leveraging the advantages of local resources and traditional culture with the application of science and technology, and are increasingly trusted and highly appreciated by customers for their quality, gradually affirming their value and reputation in the market, and experiencing growth in revenue and sales even during difficult times due to the pandemic. Contributing to improving income and quality of life for people in urban and rural areas, remote regions, and ethnic minorities. With the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, typical rural industrial products, characteristic products, specialties, and potential advantages of localities and regions have been connected to the OCOP product introduction and sales points nationwide, and have been included in all major distribution systems nationwide such as Go!, MM Mega Market, Saigon Co.op , Winmart, Winmart+… In the past, large distribution groups such as Central Retail, AEON, and Saigon Co.op have also coordinated with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and partnered with localities to organize events connecting, promoting, and selling OCOP products in supermarket systems such as: OCOP Week at Big C, OCOP product connection fairs at AEON department stores and supermarkets, OCOP agricultural product promotion week at Saigon Co.op… In addition, many localities have been promoting the consumption of goods through cultural and tourism activities.
