The 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards honors developers who create living spaces

Recently, in Ho Chi Minh City, PropertyGuru – Southeast Asia's leading real estate technology group – announced the winners of the 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards. This is part of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series, which has a 20-year history.

The 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards honored the best achievements of the Vietnamese real estate industry in nearly 70 categories, honoring developers who have created the country's leading living, working and prosperous development spaces.

Notably, CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) made history with its fourth Best Developer award, and was also honored in two categories: Best Sustainable Developer and Best Social Impact.

The Orchard Mansion project brought home the Best Residential Project in Vietnam award, joining a string of wins from Orchard Grand and The Orchard. The luxury project The Fullton in Hanoi also helped CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) expand its track record in other categories.

With 13 gold trophies, Gamuda Land Vietnam has risen to win the title of Outstanding Community Developer, becoming one of the biggest winners in this year's awards. The company's Ambience and Central Park projects each won 4 awards, while Springville brought home 3 awards.

Nomura Real Estate Vietnam participated for the first time in the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards and was honored as the Outstanding International Collaboration Developer, with two winning projects, The Komorebi and The Miyabi.

Masterise Homes was recognized as the Outstanding Luxury Developer, along with the win of the Lumière Midtown project.

Other notable businesses include: Kim Oanh Land - honored as the Outstanding Affordable Housing Developer and KN Holdings Group - the winner of the Outstanding Multi-Industry Developer award.

The 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards also honored outstanding urban projects across the country. Topping the list is Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company, which was honored as the Outstanding Comprehensive Urban Developer with the Mailand Hanoi City urban area project.

Other notable names on this year's list of winning urban development projects include: CaraWorld Cam Ranh by KN Cam Ranh Co., Ltd.; Eco Central Park by the founder of Ecopark; Kita Airport City by Kita Group; and Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc by MEYGROUP. Hoa Lan Township JVC's One Era project alone won three awards, including the Outstanding Urban Development Project category.

In this year's season, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company was awarded the title of Real Estate Personality of the Year by PropertyGuru's Property Report Magazine - the official publication of the award.

In addition, the An Zen Residences project (EHome series, developed by Nam Long ADC) also won the award for Best Apartment Project in Vietnam.

For the first time, the “People’s Choice Awards” category was held in Vietnam. The first three investors to be honored were CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), Gamuda Land Vietnam and Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

According to Mr. Jules Kay - General Director of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the outstanding projects in this year's winning list include apartments, houses, resorts, urban areas, as well as commercial and industrial projects.

“The developers have excelled in creating living spaces for everyone – from young people to the elderly, from families to individuals, investors and tenants,” affirmed Mr. Jules Kay.

Top-winning developers in Vietnam will continue to compete at the Asia Property Awards Grand Final, scheduled to be held on December 12, 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand.

2025 marks the 20th anniversary of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards. The awards have expanded their reach to numerous real estate markets, including Vietnam, the Middle East, Australia, China, Hong Kong (China), Macau (China), India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
