Previously, an account posted on a group for students at Hai Phong University reported that a lecturer from the National Defense and Security Education Center of the university had repeatedly called to "solicit sexual favors," using inappropriate language.
The post included seven videos recording a Zalo conversation allegedly between a male lecturer and a female student, containing vulgar language and sexual harassment. According to the shared information, the harassed female student is a second-year student participating in military training at the center. The person who shared the information believes the truth needs to be exposed so that future courses do not encounter similar cases.
