Accordingly, the official dispatch of the Most Venerable Elder, Chairman of the Executive Council, sent to the Central Committees, Institutes, and Executive Committees of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in provinces and cities stated: Gratitude and repayment of gratitude are fundamental teachings of Buddhism, and at the same time, a fine cultural tradition of the Vietnamese people.

"On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27 (1947-2025), which is the year to celebrate the country's major holidays: the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2; at the same time, the country has just rearranged the country, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Executive Council requests the Central Committees, Institutes and the Executive Committees of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in 34 provinces and cities across the country to organize practical activities to commemorate and show gratitude", the Most Venerable Elder, Chairman of the Executive Council, called.

The Venerable Elder requested the Central Committees, Institutes, and Executive Committees of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in provinces and cities to organize memorial services to pay tribute to heroic martyrs and visit and give gifts to wounded and sick soldiers; martyrs' families, and families with meritorious services to the revolution, to express their gratitude and love.

As for the 23 provinces and cities that have just merged their administrative boundaries, the Standing Committee of the Board of Trustees requests that local Boards of Trustees organize a large-scale mass on a centralized platform and invite representatives of government leaders to attend and offer incense in memory.
