Assigning investment preparation tasks and investors for Bui Thi Xuan bridge project

The Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee has just decided to assign the task of investment preparation and the investor of the Bui Thi Xuan Bridge and access road construction investment project.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the West Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board to perform the task of preparing investment and investor for the Bui Thi Xuan Bridge Construction Investment Project and approach roads; prepare, submit for appraisal and approval of the investment policy; prepare, submit for appraisal and approval of the investment project and organize the implementation of the project in accordance with regulations.

The Departments of Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment coordinate and guide the West Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board to implement in accordance with regulations.

Bui Thi Xuan Bridge over Thai Binh River is part of the high-speed road connecting East - West Hai Phong city. According to the plan proposed by the Department of Construction of Hai Phong city, the starting point of the high-speed road is at the intersection between Hai Duong city's Ring Road I (old) and the Bui Thi Xuan bridge approach road going to the East, connecting Provincial Road 390, ending at the intersection of National Highway 10 with Nguyen Truong To Street today (adjacent to An Duong Industrial Park).

The route is 23.5 km long, with a roadbed cross-section of 68 m. The estimated investment cost for the construction of the route is 19,129 billion VND, of which the site clearance cost is 4,537 billion VND.
