On July 29, the People's Committee of Tay Ho Ward ( Hanoi ) coordinated with the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning to organize a conference to announce the detailed planning project of the central spatial axis of Quang An peninsula, scale 1/500.
At the conference, Tay Ho ward announced the approval decision and main contents of the planning project for Quang An peninsula. Accordingly, Quang An peninsula has a master plan for land use on a total area of 44.1 hectares.
Including the organization of landscape architecture space, urban architecture and planning of technical infrastructure network (traffic, technical preparation, water supply, electricity supply, telecommunications, drainage, environmental sanitation, underground construction space).
The planning content also shows that the landscape architecture space will take the central axis of Quang An peninsula combined with a multi-purpose cultural, artistic, entertainment and cultural theme park as the main planning axis.

This area will be designed with a pedestrian street stretching from northeast to southwest, starting from the park gate area to the open square next to Dam Tri Lake. The end will be a large-scale, modern theater project typical of the capital.
According to research, the theater is called Ngoc Trai, expected to be built in a floating form on the water surface in the middle of Dam Tri, next to West Lake. The theater has an area of about 13,000m², built with socialized capital.

Previously, on April 28, the Hanoi People's Committee decided to approve Sun Group Company Limited as the investor to implement the investment project to build Ngoc Trai Theater and thematic cultural and artistic park in Quang An ward (now Tay Ho ward).
According to the design, Ngoc Trai Theater is a multi-purpose theater serving the organization of major cultural and political events of the capital, and a multi-purpose cultural complex serving cultural, artistic and entertainment activities.
The theater is expected to be built in a floating form on the water surface in the middle of Dam Tri, right next to West Lake, more than 38m high, with a total investment of about 10,000 billion VND from socialized sources.
