The Hanoi Department of Construction also announced a pilot plan to adjust traffic organization on the motorbike lane (under the elevated Ring Road 3) at the Nghiem Xuan Yem - Nguyen Huu Tho - Hoang Liet intersection (Hoang Mai district).

The pilot implementation period for the traffic reorganization plan on the above routes is 6 months, starting from March 16.

Accordingly, on the motorbike lane under the elevated Ring Road 3 from Nghiem Xuan Yem to Hoang Liet, the Hanoi Department of Construction has adjusted the organization of one-way traffic for motorbikes; allowing motorbikes to turn left onto Nguyen Huu Tho Street.

Since the end of February 2025, at the Nghiem Xuan Yem - Nguyen Huu Tho - Hoang Liet intersection, the traffic light has been green but all vehicles are standing still and not moving.

On the motorbike lane under the elevated Ring Road 3 from Hoang Liet to Nghiem Xuan Yem, the two-way traffic arrangement for motorbikes will remain the same; motorbikes will be prohibited from going directly into the motorbike lane under the opposite Ring Road 3.

Motorbikes needing to go to Dau bridge turn right onto Nghiem Xuan Yem street.

At the end of February 2025, VietNamNet reporters reported on the situation of motorcyclists not following traffic lights at the Nghiem Xuan Yem - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection.

Specifically, in the motorbike lane from Nghiem Xuan Yem to Nuoc Ngam Bus Station, there is a sign prohibiting vehicles from turning left or right. Despite the sign, hundreds of vehicles still turned left onto Nguyen Huu Tho Street.

According to VietNamNet reporters, because many vehicles enter the no-turn lane, when the light is green, most vehicles do not move. However, when the light is red, vehicles rush to turn onto Nguyen Huu Tho Street.

From March 15, the Hanoi Department of Construction will pilot traffic organization adjustments on Tran Phu Street from Le Truc to Kim Ma and Thanh Bao Street in Ba Dinh District.

Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Construction organizes one-way traffic for vehicles on Tran Phu Street (from Le Truc to Kim Ma) and Thanh Bao Street (from Son Tay to Tran Phu).

On Thanh Bao Street (section and direction from Nguyen Thai Hoc to Tran Phu), Hanoi Department of Construction prohibits all vehicles from going straight and turning right onto Tran Phu Street.
