Ha Tinh: Container truck caught fire on National Highway 1

At about 4:00 a.m. on August 1, on National Highway 1, passing through Nghi Xuan commune (Ha Tinh province), a container truck suddenly caught fire.

At the above time, container truck 79H pulling trailer 79R with unknown driver was traveling on National Highway 1 in the North-South direction.

While traveling to Nghi Xuan commune ( Ha Tinh province), the driver discovered smoke, fire and a burning smell coming from the front of the car so he quickly pulled over to the side of the road to put out the fire.

The front of the container truck was burned down.

However, due to the intense fire and smoke covering the entire front of the car and some areas of the trunk, extinguishing the fire was very difficult.

The fire was controlled and extinguished later, but the front of the car, part of the trunk and wheels were burned.

The fire did not cause any human casualties.
