On April 14, at Sam Son High School (Sam Son City) and Luong Dac Bang High School (Hoang Hoa), Navy Squadron 128 coordinated with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to organize propaganda on seas and islands associated with propaganda to attract human resources to build a modern Navy.

Attending the propaganda sessions were more than 250 teachers and students of the schools. The reporter of the 128th Fleet provided information on the situation of the sea and islands in recent times; the position and role of our country's sea and islands in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; Thanh Hoa's sea and islands - potential and advantages; functions, tasks, the process of building, fighting, maturing, and typical achievements and feats of arms of the Vietnam People's Navy over the past 70 years; results in performing the task of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland and building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern Vietnam People's Navy; information on enrollment at the Naval Academy in 2025...

Propaganda activities for the sea and islands associated with propaganda to attract human resources to build a modern Navy are carried out annually by the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee and Command of Squadron 128. Thereby creating changes in awareness and consciousness of protecting the sea and islands among the people, directly among high school students; at the same time contributing to improving the quality of additional human resources for the Navy in the coming time, meeting the requirements of the task of firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

According to the plan, Squadron 128 will continue to propagate at the following schools: Hau Loc 2 High School (Hau Loc) and Nga Son High School (Nga Son).
