According to Putin, the relationship between Russia and Belarus is developing steadily and reliably, and the two sides will increasingly strengthen communication, consultations on relations, and interaction.
For his part, President Lukashenko affirmed that Russia, Belarus, and North Korea could consider the possibility of trilateral cooperation.
At the same time, he said that Minsk had recently supplied Moscow with 60,000 tons of diesel and 60,000 tons of gasoline, and was ready to increase shipments further.
In addition, the Belarusian leader congratulated Putin on holding the regional elections, emphasizing that it was a "great success".
