Hanel encourages disadvantaged students to study well in Hung Yen city

General Director of Hanel Company, President of Hanoi Businesswomen Association Bui Thi Hai Yen (left) presented scholarships to 50 excellent students who are orphans and children in difficult circumstances in Hung Yen City.

In order to recognize, praise and show care for orphans and children in difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties to achieve good academic performance in the 2023-2024 school year before the new school year and Mid-Autumn Festival in 2024, on August 25, the City Party Committee and the Women's Union of Hung Yen City held a ceremony to report achievements to Uncle Ho for excellent students of Hung Yen City who are orphans and children in difficult circumstances in the 2023-2024 school year at President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Historical Site, Hanoi.

50 orphans and disadvantaged children who have achieved good academic performance from primary to high school in Hung Yen City were selected to attend the ceremony. Also attending the ceremony, General Director of Hanel Company, President of Hanoi Businesswomen Association Bui Thi Hai Yen awarded Hanel scholarships to orphans and disadvantaged children who have achieved good academic performance in Hung Yen City.

Ms. Bui Thi Hai Yen also gave a speech to share and inspire the children to overcome difficult circumstances to become useful citizens for the country and society : "Children, never let difficulties make you fall, never blame the circumstances, but consider difficulties as a catalyst to urge you to strive to overcome, rise up to achieve success, become kind people, not only know how to receive but also know how to give, know how to help people who are more difficult than you...".
