Hi1 - the pioneer F2C e-commerce platform 'joins hands' with Viettel Post to create dual advantages in technology and logistics

A new e-commerce platform has emerged, choosing the F2C (Factory to Customer) direction - connecting manufacturers directly with consumers, while embarking on a journey to "redefine" e-commerce by linking technology with financial services and logistics operations. That is Hi1 - the platform that has just officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Post) on the morning of August 21 in Hanoi.

Instead of following the traditional path, Hi1 builds a model where consumers can buy products directly from the factory at good prices, with transparent origins. In this cooperation, Viettel Post - Vietnam's leading logistics company with a nationwide transportation network - will become the exclusive shipping unit on Hi1 for at least 3 years. This means that all products from the manufacturer to the consumer are guaranteed by Viettel Post's strong operating infrastructure.

Not only stopping at transportation, the cooperation agreement also includes:

• Integrate products from Vipo Mall to Hi1, expanding product catalog.

• Viettel Post acts as an Agency to develop manufacturers, sellers, and members for Hi1.

• Deploy prescription scanning service at Viettel Post transaction points, applying automatic prescription processing technology from Hi1.

Sharing at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - General Director of Hi1 said: "The cooperation with Viettel Post helps Hi1 strengthen its F2C strength, while optimizing operations to bring a seamless experience from the factory to the end customer."
