Support people to look up information about new administrative units using AI

DNVN - Right after the whole country celebrated the moment of announcing the establishment of new provinces/cities, wards/communes, the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) launched an AI (artificial intelligence) assistant used via the web to look up all information about new administrative units for all people. The AI assistant is completely free for everyone, researched and developed by Viettel.

Viettel has developed an AI assistant that can be used via a web platform at https://tracuuphuongxa.trolyao.org/, helping people easily look up information about new administrative units from personal computers, tablets, and smartphones. Here, information about new administrative units including 34 provinces, cities, and 3,321 communes and wards will be looked up quickly and accurately.

The AI assistant is modeled and trained using authentic texts.

Citizens can ask questions about the administrative unit they want to learn about in a conversational format, and the virtual assistant will provide information with corresponding text sources. The AI assistant also provides a comprehensive handbook on the new provincial and communal administrative units, including Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of new administrative units.

Although the merger and arrangement of administrative units have been carefully prepared, there are still difficulties in searching for information. The newly announced AI assistant is built on the basis of a large Vietnamese language model developed by Viettel, designing the model and taking training data from official documents, thereby providing high accuracy when searching for new information about administrative unit organizations.

Previously, Viettel also successfully developed the Legal Virtual Assistant and Civil Servants Virtual Assistant models, thereby accumulating an understanding of Vietnamese people's questioning habits and providing practical answers.

Viettel's AI product was put into use right after the country reorganized its administrative units, demonstrating its commitment to contributing to the country's transformation towards a transparent and effective public administration.

Instructions for searching:

Step 1: Access the address https://tracuuphuongxa.trolyao.org/ via web browser on computers, phones, tablets...

Step 2: Click on the dialogue box, write the desired question. Users can ask questions about the new administrative unit according to their research needs.

For example:

How many communes and wards are there in Hanoi ?

Which ward is Nhan Chinh Ward - Hanoi City now?

Which province is Bac Kan now?

What provinces and cities are there in the country?

Step 3: Refer to the answer and the source of the quote marked in red in the AI assistant's answer.
