Xuan Cau Holding is about to launch 2,000 'breathable design' apartments in the Alluvia City hot spring urban area.

DNVN - Xuan Cau Holdings has unexpectedly "activated" the supply of 7 high-rise towers in Alluvia City, the only hot spring ecological urban area along the Red River. Among them, 4 Alumi Premium towers with over 2,000 luxury apartments will be launched onto the market by the end of 2025.

The first seven-tower compound resort complex in Alluvia City will offer over 4,800 luxury apartments, promising to make a significant impact on the East Saigon market.

Investors believe that the eastern area of Hanoi is entering its most explosive growth cycle in decades, as a series of strategic infrastructure projects are continuously activated: from the 3.5 Ring Road directly connecting to Ngoc Hoi Bridge, the Red River scenic boulevard with a total investment of over 300,000 billion VND, to the Hanoi University of Technology branch in Hung Yen and the PVF stadium with 60,000 seats, the largest in Vietnam… Simultaneously, the rapid influx of major investors further strengthens the area's position as a new growth pole for Hanoi in the 2025-2035 period.

Following this trend, Alluvia City – the only hot spring eco-city on the Red River developed by Xuan Cau Holdings – has officially launched its first complex of 7 Compound Resort towers named Alumi. In 2025 alone, 4 Alumi Premium towers with over 2,000 luxury apartments will be introduced to the market. According to initial information, the investor will collaborate with Sunshine Group, the general distribution agent NOBLEX, and Vietcombank to bring Alumi to market.

Following the launch event on November 28th, which attracted over 100 strategic dealers, an even larger-scale kick-off event is expected to take place in mid-December, further revealing the key products of the Alumi Premium high-rise complex.

Apartment complex on the only mineral vein along the Red River.

According to preliminary information, Alumi boasts a prime location "closer to the center of Hanoi than 85% of the remaining areas of Hanoi" within a radius centered around Hoan Kiem Lake. Situated right next to the 3.5 ring road, directly connecting to the Ngoc Hoi bridge currently under construction, residents can easily travel to the inner city within the 2nd ring road in just 15 minutes, and to the Old Quarter within the 1st ring road in 25 minutes.

Alumi's unique location along the Red River provides it with a natural energy source rarely found in high-rise projects in Hanoi: the alluvial deposits of the Red River accumulated over millennia; the cool, refreshing river breezes that act as a giant "purification machine"; and the extensive body of water that regulates the microclimate, reducing temperatures by 3-5°C during sweltering summer days. Most importantly, located more than 400 meters underground is a natural hot spring with a temperature of around 38.5°C – a nutrient-rich water with unique therapeutic properties, considered "white gold," creating the distinctive wellness style of Alluvia City and Alumi.

The natural hot springs, cool river breezes, and unique microclimate along the Red River at Alumi are advantages that are almost impossible to replicate anywhere else.

Alongside the energy derived from nature, Alumi is also nourished by constructive energy through its eco-friendly spatial planning and organization, with a construction density of only 16% on a total land area of 198 hectares and a water landscape area of up to 20%. As a result, the project takes on the form of a "giant green park".

Amidst the expansive park, Alumi stands out with its tower blocks designed to capture the river breeze and maintain a cool microclimate year-round, combined with a full 3-layer Low-E glass facade to optimize natural light and expand views of the Red River landscape. The internal amenities are comprehensively developed, from the three-story commercial and service podium for residents, the Jacuzzi on the 3rd floor, to the outdoor swimming pool, walking paths, and interconnected landscaping. All of this will complement the vast ecosystem of amenities within Alluvia City, including a multi-level school, a shopping center, riverside cafes and entertainment spaces, and a range of multi-generational experiences.

A collection of luxury apartments designed to "breathe in nature".

Each apartment at Alumi is designed according to the philosophy of "breathing with nature," where the living space functions as a self-regulating microclimate, reducing heat buildup, helping residents feel balanced and cool to regenerate energy every day. The 3-4 wing design maximizes the proportion of corner units, offering diverse orientations and transmitting light and river breezes deep into the space; while the cross-shaped layout converging towards the central core creates a semi-compound model clearly separating resident amenities from commercial services, ensuring privacy while maintaining a vibrant and civilized lifestyle.

Each apartment at Alumi is designed for optimal functionality, maximizing natural light and breezes from the Red River.

Thanks to a design that prioritizes functionality, emphasizes material durability, and possesses timeless aesthetics, the apartments at Alumi not only boast a modern appearance but also maintain their sustainability and contemporary appeal for decades. In the context of accelerating urbanization, these values are making Alumi a standout choice for both residential needs and long-term investment, especially when combined with international operating standards.
