Magnificent rehearsal ceremony of Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024

(Dan Tri) - On the morning of December 17 at Gia Lam Airport (Hanoi), the Ministry of National Defense organized a rehearsal for the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024 with many spectacular and spectacular performances by military units.
On the morning of December 17, the Ministry of National Defense held a rehearsal for the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024. According to the schedule, the 2nd Vietnam International Defense Exhibition will be held from December 19 to 22 at Gia Lam Airport, Hanoi .
The opening ceremony program with the theme "Vietnam - Peace - Cooperation - Development" with 2,000 officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Army performing.
The Vietnam Air Force flew a welcome flight with 7 helicopters of Air Force Regiment 916 (Air Defense - Air Force Service), performing a flag-raising performance and exhibition flag over the Gia Lam airport grandstand. Immediately after that, entering the sky in front of the stage were 7 SU-30MK2 fighters in formations of 3 and 4 aircraft. In particular, there was a technical performance of a power-boosting drill loop, while simultaneously releasing 48 interference shells that lit up the sky from the fighter jet with the serial number 8591.
Below, special forces officers and soldiers performed martial arts including boxing, fighting, using weapons such as machetes, clubs, guns, jumping over fire... Border guard dogs perform jumping through a ring of fire. The opening ceremony is expected to last about 1 hour, including 30 minutes for the art program and 30 minutes for the main ceremony. After the rehearsal, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien - Deputy Minister of National Defense - gave words of praise and encouragement to all officers and soldiers participating in the training to prepare for the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024, along with suggestions to ensure the best quality for the official ceremony. The opening ceremony of the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024 will be held at 9:00 a.m. on December 19. The Prime Minister is expected to attend, deliver the opening speech and visit the exhibition.
