The "Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Forum 2024," themed "Vietnam's Aspiration Creates Vietnam's Position," offers a comprehensive overview of the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping the future of Vietnam and the world.
This year's competition attracted thousands of students nationwide, with innovative projects applying AI in the fields of education, healthcare, environment, and art.
The forum brought together many leading experts, such as Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Executive Director of the Boston Global Forum (BGF), who introduced the topic "24/7 AIWS Government and Opportunities for Vietnam" - a groundbreaking initiative to build an AI-powered government that operates with transparency, efficiency, and continuous service to the people.
Professor Thomas E. Patterson from Harvard University shared global AI development trends, emphasizing how AI education in the United States is helping the younger generation adapt to the high-tech era. According to Professor Patterson, AI is not only changing the way we learn but also shaping creative thinking, preparing the younger generation to face future challenges…
"AI can help Vietnam make leaps forward in its economy, reaching a level comparable to some countries in the region. I believe that young people have an important role to play in bringing AI into life," said Thomas E. Patterson.

The Prime Minister emphasized that in this year's development orientation, the development of the digital economy with four pillars – information and communication technology industry, digitalization of economic sectors, digital governance, and digital data – is the driving force for rapid and sustainable economic development.
In the context of the global enlightenment era, where artificial intelligence has become central to the scientific and technological revolution, Vietnam is gradually asserting its position in the global technology community.
The "Artificial Intelligence 2024" competition and the Artificial Intelligence Forum, themed "Vietnam's Aspiration Creates Vietnam's Position," are among the proofs of that aspiration.
