According to Le Anh Quan, Vice Chairman of the Central Youth Union Council and Director of the Vietnam Children's Support and Development Center, the fact that the competition attracted a large number of entries shows that it has become a major forum for children to confidently express their understanding of the Dien Bien Phu Victory and their gratitude to the generations of ancestors who sacrificed their lives and blood for the independence of the nation.

Commenting on the quality of the entries, Comrade Le Anh Quan said: this year, there were many entries of good quality, meticulously presented with many creative ideas, rich content, lively form, closely adhering to the theme, and many works using rare and valuable stamp sets.
