TPO - Losing his father and home after a flash flood, Hoang Anh Quan, an 8th grade student in Nu village, Phuc Khanh commune, Bao Yen, Lao Cai, made many delegates, teachers and students attending the launching ceremony of "With Tien Phong, help children go to school" on the morning of September 30 in Hanoi unable to hold back their tears.

Hoang Anh Quan is an exchange participant, invited from Nu village to Cau Giay Secondary School, Hanoi to participate in launching the program "With Tien Phong, we help children go to school".

The story of Quan losing his father whose body has not yet been found and whose house collapsed moved the program attendees.

After the launching ceremony, Quan was invited to visit the classrooms of Cau Giay Secondary School. Here, Quan was given textbooks, notebooks, pens, money, test papers, money, etc. by his friends. The teachers of the school also gave Quan many gifts. At the moment of parting, many teachers could not hold back their tears.

Previously, at the program, the Organizing Committee gave Quan a savings book worth 30 million VND. Cau Giay Secondary School also gave the Primary - Secondary School where Quan studied 20 million VND.
