Coach Kewell and Hanoi FC players join hands to support people affected by floods

On December 4 at Hang Day Stadium, Australian football legends Van Quyet and Hung Dung joined in donating funds in a friendly football match to raise funds to support people in the Central and Central Highlands regions affected by floods in 2025 between FC T&T Group and FC National Assembly Delegates.

Responding to the call from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and at the same time expressing the spirit of "mutual love", on the afternoon of December 4 at Hang Day Stadium, two football teams FC T&T Group and FC National Assembly held a friendly match to raise funds to support people in the Central and Central Highlands regions suffering from natural disasters.

Vice President of T&T Group Do Vinh Quang emphasized that the event has profound humanitarian significance, towards the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions.

The organizers have launched fundraising activities directly at the stadium, creating conditions for agencies, organizations, businesses and people to participate in contributing and sharing with people in flood-hit areas. At the event, T&T Group donated 1 billion VND. Present at Hang Day Stadium, Coach Harry Kewell, Van Quyet and Hung Dung also sent their small feelings to join hands to share the difficulties with people in the Central and Central Highlands regions who have suffered from natural disasters.

The entire amount of donations from the program, 1,026,150,000 VND, will be transferred to the right locality and the right subjects that suffered heavy damage due to natural disasters, ensuring publicity, transparency and timeliness.

“This is not just a simple sports activity, but also a deeply humane event, towards the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions, places that are struggling to overcome the severe consequences of storms and floods in recent times. The spirit of mutual love and mutual assistance has always been the core value of the Vietnamese people, and is also the value that T&T Group has steadfastly pursued throughout its development journey. Through today's friendly activity, we hope to contribute a small part to share the difficulties with the people,” Vice President of T&T Group Do Vinh Quang shared at the event.
