Accordingly, Hoi An aims for 100% of homestay and villa businesses in Tra Que vegetable village to be recognized as meeting green tourism standards according to the Quang Nam Green Tourism Criteria; and 50% of restaurants and cooking schools to practice green tourism.

The activities to be implemented include: reporting on the current state of green tourism practices in the Tra Que vegetable village tourist route; supporting and guiding green tourism practices at homestays, villas, restaurants, and cooking classes; preparing applications for recognition of homestays and villas; and communicating about the Tra Que vegetable village green tourist route.

The construction of a green tourism route in Tra Que vegetable village aims to fulfill Hoi An City's orientation of focusing on exploiting tourism products that harmoniously combine natural resources and socio-cultural values; while also providing guidance and experience for replicating and promoting the practice of green tourism to other tourist destinations in the city.
