Standardize management with Data First – Weekly Base – OGSM/OKR
One of the highlights of the conference was the unification of modern management models across the system. ADG identified three key tools to accelerate operations and improve productivity: Data First, Weekly Base, OGSM/OKR.
This approach helps ADG transform into a data-driven enterprise, shortening decision-making cycles and accelerating strategy execution.
Operational business model

The new business model workshop at the conference took place enthusiastically.
At the conference, ADG also deployed a new business model - UST (Unified Sales Taskforce) operating as a "business combat unit", aiming at sales, customer and growth targets, while creating a seamless connection between departments throughout the Group.
