According to the Report at the Conference, the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee directed the Provincial Military Party Committee to advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to successfully direct the Military Region-level exercise for the Border Guard Command in 2025, achieving the set goals and requirements.

This exercise is not only an exercise to evaluate the level and capacity of the Border Guard Command in commanding and advising operations, but also an exercise to study, supplement and perfect the functions, tasks, powers and working relationships of the Border Guard Command; the leadership and command mechanism and the ability to coordinate and mobilize all resources for regional defense operations of the Border Guard Command.

Party committees and commanders of units participating in the exercise thoroughly grasp the instructions and plans for the exercise; issue specialized resolutions to lead the exercise tasks; issue guiding documents and deploy them to units to do a good job of preparing, building a complete system of exercise documents in accordance with regulations, perfecting the organization, staffing, facilities, means and equipment for the exercise. Organize and operate the exercise according to the determined intentions and plans. Directors always follow closely the trainees, direct according to each exercise position. Apply appropriate methods, bring the exercise content close to reality. Improve the management capacity of the host and the proposed staff agency, help the trainees grasp the content, and implement it appropriately in combat readiness states associated with national defense states when implementing 2-level local government...

At the Conference, delegates also spent time discussing and evaluating the results of the unit's preparation and organization of drills, finding out the causes of limitations and shortcomings; at the same time, determining policies and measures to lead, direct and improve the quality of preparation and practice drills at all levels in 2026 to achieve quality, efficiency, and closeness to the situation, tasks and actual conditions of agencies and units.

Concluding the Conference, Colonel Dang Vinh Thuy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command affirmed that the Border Guard Command Exercise (Provincial Military Command) in 2025 was successful, achieved the set goals and requirements and was highly appreciated by superiors. On this occasion, the Head of the Provincial Military Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 9 collectives and 18 individuals with good achievements in performing the Border Guard Command exercise task in 2025.
