On December 5th, Home Credit was honored among the Top 10 Sustainable Enterprises in the Trade and Service sector at the Vietnam Sustainable Enterprises 2025 (CSI 2025) awards ceremony, presented by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
This is the fourth consecutive year that Home Credit has been included in the Top 100 Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam (CSI 100), affirming its 17-year commitment to a sustainable development strategy.
This milestone also demonstrates Home Credit Vietnam's progress in pursuing sustainable development goals (ESG), particularly in strengthening the Governance (G) element throughout its business operations.

Mr. Jakub Kudrna, Director of Strategy and Chairman of the ESG Steering Committee at Home Credit Vietnam, received the award from Deputy Minister Nguyen Manh Khuong and Vice President of VCCI Nguyen Quang Vinh .
A new step forward in environmental and climate risk management.
In fact, the recent increase in the frequency and severity of storms and floods due to the impact of climate change highlights the importance of sustainable development. At Home Credit, alongside maintaining business efficiency, the company is actively measuring and assessing the environmental and climate risks to its business operations and vice versa.
This represents a major shift for Home Credit in corporate governance, as identifying risks is the solid foundation for the company to implement sustainable initiatives.
For 17 years in Vietnam, Home Credit has prioritized responsible growth through increased transparency and rigorous risk control. The company applies artificial intelligence (AI) and big data in assessing customers' financial capacity, reducing bad debt, and expanding access to services to underserved populations, without negatively impacting the financial health of both parties.
At the end of Q3 2025, Home Credit recorded an impressive non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 1.57%, significantly lower than the industry average of 7.5%. This indicator reflects the company's effective risk management capabilities, as Home Credit is one of the few finance companies to maintain an NPL ratio below 3% for many consecutive years.
At the same time, Home Credit also promotes green finance with preferential products for electric vehicles, bicycles, etc., aiming to spread a sustainable lifestyle.

Working together for the community: From support to sustainable livelihood development.
Alongside its business operations, Home Credit implements numerous social programs. In early 2025, in the face of natural disasters, the company's employees collectively contributed over 2 billion VND to support the reconstruction of schools and assist staff in affected areas.
Since the beginning of the year, the "Home Love" program has supported more than 3,000 disadvantaged people nationwide, and repaired and built 5 schools in remote areas.

The Home Credit Vietnam team contributed over 2 billion VND to support school reconstruction and assist employees in affected areas.
In parallel with direct support, Home Credit prioritizes solutions that help improve sustainable livelihoods for the community. For many years, the company has regularly implemented programs to provide capital support to disadvantaged women, training and accompanying them in the process of starting businesses and developing their family economies .
For the younger generation, the company collaborated with the Phu Yen Banking Academy to organize a sustainable livelihood startup competition, providing practical knowledge on sustainable development and risk management in businesses for students in the area.
At the same time, for many years, the "Home Smart" program series has been implemented to reach and equip various target groups with basic financial knowledge. In 2025 alone, Home Credit's workshops recorded the participation of over 2,000 university students in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. Last November, the company continued to share financial literacy with over 1,500 female partners of Be Group through both in-person and online formats.
"The natural disasters in 2025 have made us reflect on our corporate responsibility in managing environmental risks and partnering with stakeholders in society. With a people-centered approach, Home Credit is committed to working together to protect a safe and happy living environment, so that each individual can enjoy the life they desire. With recognition from VCCI, we are even more motivated to continue bringing about positive and lasting social impacts, contributing to building a more sustainable future for the community," shared Mr. Jakub Kudrna, Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of the ESG Steering Committee of Home Credit Vietnam.
