More than 150 civil servants and public employees of Khanh Hoa Health sector were trained in AI applications

On May 8, the Department of Health coordinated with VNPT Khanh Hoa to organize a training conference on applying artificial intelligence (AI) for civil servants and public employees in the health sector in 2025. The conference's goal is to deploy some contents of the Khanh Hoa Province Digital Government Development Project to serve people and businesses.

At the training session, more than 150 civil servants and public employees in the health sector were trained on the following contents: Raising awareness of AI applications and applications in state management (grasping AI application trends in public administration in Vietnam and around the world); applying AI in administrative reform and digital transformation (using AI to automate processes, improve work efficiency; integrating AI into data management, analysis and decision-making systems); developing skills in applying AI tools to support work (proficiently using some popular AI tools to support data analysis, report synthesis; practicing specific situations in state management work...); clearly understanding the provisions of law and ethics when using AI; building orientations for AI deployment in work units...

It is known that the application of AI in the healthcare sector not only supports management and operations but also opens up opportunities to improve professional activities from medical diagnosis, data analysis to optimizing administrative processes. Therefore, the training session contributes to helping civil servants and public employees working in the healthcare sector grasp the knowledge of AI applications in healthcare management and expertise; support daily work from drafting documents, analyzing data to synthesizing reports as well as orienting the development of initiatives and AI application solutions suitable to the characteristics of each unit, improving work efficiency.
