More than 3,000 job opportunities for students and workers

Thousands of students in Ho Chi Minh City have been consulted, shared interview experiences and skills to complete their job application profiles.

On October 26, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) organized the "HCMC Internship and Employment Fair - UEH Career Fair 2025", attracting more than 1,500 students, job seekers and nearly 30 multi-sector enterprises; providing more than 3,000 internship and job positions for workers in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas.

Businesses in many fields such as: banking - finance, insurance, securities, accounting - auditing, consulting, technology - e-commerce, construction - real estate, trade - logistics, production - energy, creative design...

Thousands of students gathered at the festival early.

From early morning, the booths were bustling with job introductions, recruitment, CV submissions, and interview trials...

Like other booths, LioBank byOCB 's booth was packed with students waiting in line for advice. Ms. Le Thi Thuy Dung, Head of LioBank by OCB Partner Development Department (Oriental Commercial Joint Stock Bank), shared: "Students from economic schools, especially those about to graduate, have a good foundation of financial knowledge, so the exchange process is very frank and practical. We hope to find talented, confident, proactive faces, suitable for the digital, young, and dynamic banking environment."

Many young people have the opportunity to talk directly with employers.

At the UEH Career Fair, many students brought their resumes and proactively asked about KPIs, working environment, training mechanisms, etc. Doan Bao Duy, a third-year student majoring in International Business at UEH, said that what you need most is real experience and real requirements from businesses.

"Here, the employer tells us what the interns will do, what the minimum skills are, and how to communicate. Thanks to that, we know what we are missing to prepare our application," Duy shared.

The festival is an opportunity for students to connect with prestigious businesses.

Within the framework of the festival, the final round of the contest "Conquering Employers 2025" took place. Candidates went through 5 rounds simulating the actual recruitment process of the business, from CV building, handling situations via video , group work to individual interviews and presenting business strategies and solutions to the business council. The top 5 best candidates were selected to compete directly in the final round.
