Quickly support people to re-roof their houses

Due to the impact of storm No. 3, at noon on July 22, a tornado occurred in A Luoi 3 commune, causing the roofs of two houses of Mr. Ho Van Hit (ADang village) and Mr. Le Van Nam (Areo village) of A Luoi 3 commune to be completely blown off.

Immediately after receiving the news that the local people and authorities needed help, Regiment 6 sent more than 30 officers and soldiers who were carrying out local civil work to coordinate with the militia force to urgently help people overcome the consequences caused by the tornado.

With the spirit of urgency to help people quickly re-roof their houses and stabilize their lives soon, the officers and soldiers were proactive, responsible and made the greatest effort. By 4:30 p.m. on July 22, the re-roofing of houses for the people had been completed.

By 4:30 p.m. the same day, both houses had been re-roofed.

Mr. Le Van Nam said: “The sudden tornado completely blew off the roof of my house; many belongings were damaged. Now that the officers and soldiers of Regiment 6 and the local militia have come to support and help my family re-roof our house, we are very touched and grateful.”

Currently, the weather is still complicated due to the impact of storm No. 3, so the City Military Command requires officers and soldiers of Regiment 6 to both carry out mass mobilization work well and do a good job of grasping the local situation, propagating and mobilizing people not to be subjective, to be ready and proactively respond to all weather developments to minimize property damage.
