Opening the conference, Dr. Vu Tuan Anh, Director of Quy Hoa Central Dermatology and Leprosy Hospital, emphasized: We are witnessing a strong increase in the demand for skin care, rejuvenation, and safe - effective - personalized cosmetic treatments. Meanwhile, traditional dermatological diseases are still present, difficult cases, gene mutations, and are affected by external changes such as climate, environment, etc., requiring us to constantly update knowledge, share experiences and connect expertise between regions - between hospitals - between specialties.

This conference, with the spirit of openness, receptiveness, and responsibility, is a place to update the achievements and challenges in the field of dermatology and aesthetics today; update new knowledge in diagnosis - treatment - skin care in a scientific , accurate, safe, and personalized direction.

The conference is also a place to connect experts, share data, train young doctors, and work together towards the common goal of "Improving the quality of patient care, developing the regional dermatology and aesthetics industry in a modern, advanced direction, and linking together for mutual development".

In his welcome speech, Dr. Pham Minh Huu, Deputy Director of the Dak Lak Department of Health, said that for the Central Highlands region, a land with its own characteristics of tropical climate, ethnic diversity and agricultural and forestry occupations, skin diseases also have their own characteristics. The challenge of diagnosing and treating skin diseases caused by sunlight, parasitic infections, fungi, occupational skin diseases or skin aesthetic problems in the specific environmental and socio-economic conditions is not small.

“The Dak Lak Health Sector in particular and the Central Highlands region in general always identify that improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, especially in specialized fields, is a key task. We highly appreciate the scientific reports and dedicated lectures of leading experts presented at the conference. This is an invaluable source of knowledge, helping our team of doctors and medical staff update and effectively apply it to clinical practice, contributing to the noble mission of caring for and protecting people's health,” said Dr. Pham Minh Huu.

The 28th Central Highlands Dermatology Conference took place in one day, with 54 scientific reports presented in 8 sessions. This is an important event - where leading experts share and exchange new experiences and knowledge; where the younger generation absorbs and promotes the values ​​and achievements of the previous generation to bring the highest efficiency to patients in the region.
