More than 98% of Nong Son voters agree with the project to rearrange commune-level administrative units.

According to the arrangement project of Nong Son District People's Committee, the entire natural area and population size of Son Vien commune will be merged into Que Loc commune to establish a new commune administrative unit.

After the arrangement, the new communal administrative unit meets both standards on natural area and population size as prescribed in Resolution No. 1211 dated May 25, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee. Specifically, the new communal administrative unit has a natural area of ​​126.6% and a population size of 193.48% compared to the standards.

In Que Loc commune, 3,966 voters out of 3,973 voters of 4 villages participated in the voting. As a result, in addition to the invalid votes of 5 voters, 3,949 voters agreed (accounting for 99.4%) and 12 voters disagreed with the content of the project to arrange commune-level administrative units in the district for the period 2023 - 2025 (accounting for 0.3%).

For Son Vien commune, a locality that simultaneously meets two standards of natural area and population size below 70% of the regulations, subject to arrangement in the 2023 - 2025 period, there were 2,303 voters/2,312 voters (accounting for 99.61%) of 3 villages participating in the vote.

As a result, 2,288 voters agreed (accounting for 98.96%) and 15 voters disagreed with the content of the project to arrange commune-level administrative units in the district for the period 2023 - 2025 (accounting for 0.65%).
