In recent days, following the awarding of the title of Meritorious Artist, social media has been abuzz with lively discussions and questions about the absence of many veteran artists, beloved by the audience, from the list of nominees. Among these comments, actress Hong Anh was frequently mentioned.

Born in 1977, Hong Anh is an actress with nearly 30 years of experience in the arts. She is highly regarded for possessing both beauty and acting skills.
From the very beginning of her career in the entertainment industry, Hong Anh quickly established her name by winning the Best Supporting Actress award at the 45th Asia- Pacific Film Festival for her role as Tam in the film "Life in the Sand".
Not stopping there, with her roles in the films "The Desolate Valley" and "The Sleepwalking Woman, " Hong Anh also consecutively won the Best Actress award at the Vietnam Film Festivals from 2001 to 2004.
