Thanh Oai District will re-organize the auction of 57 land lots, starting price increased

The auction company has just announced the auction of the right to use 57 land plots in Dam area, Muc Xa village, Cao Duong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi (phase 1). This auction will take place on the morning of September 8 at Thanh Oai district gymnasium.

The plots of land range in area from 74.63 to 134.69 m2. The auction method for each plot of land is by direct secret ballot once. Notably, the starting price of the plots has increased from the old level from 7.3 million VND/m2 to 8.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to 660 million VND to nearly 1.2 billion VND/plot. The low starting price is the main reason why the previous auction had to be canceled to determine the new price.

Customers participating in the auction will deposit 20% of the starting price, equivalent to 131.3-237 million VND, depending on the different plots.

The starting price has increased from 7.3 million VND/m2 to 8.8 million VND/m2 (Screenshot).

Previously, the auction of 57 land plots in Cao Duong commune was suspended for the reason that the District People's Committee had to re-determine the starting price of a total of 114 land plots.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter about the reason for the temporary suspension at that time, Mr. Nguyen Cong Quang - Director of Thanh Oai District Land Fund Development Center - said that 57 land plots in Cao Duong commune were previously determined at starting prices according to Decree 12. But from August 1, according to the replacement Decree 71, the adjusted K coefficient increased higher, so it was necessary to temporarily suspend to re-determine the starting prices of the above 57 land plots.
