Connecting investment, trade and tourism between Hanoi and key economic provinces

The Hanoi Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion organized an exhibition space to promote and introduce the potential and connection opportunities between Hanoi and the provinces of the Northern Key Economic Region - Connecting for mutual development - "Link to Grow" taking place from December 21-24, 2023 at the walking street of Tran Nhan Tong Street, Southern Urban Area, Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province.

Thereby, promoting investment attraction, trade and tourism promotion, contributing to improving production and business efficiency, expanding the consumption market for key and typical products and OCOP products of Hanoi, Bac Giang and the Northern provinces.

Mr. Le Tu Luc, Deputy Director of the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Hanoi City , spoke at the opening ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony on the evening of December 22, Mr. Le Tu Luc, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion, said: This is a practical program to promote cooperation activities, investment, trade, tourism and agriculture promotion between Hanoi and provinces in the Northern key economic region in general and Bac Giang province in particular, along with other provinces and cities across the country.

Through that, the Program aims to promote and introduce businesses, cooperatives, and production establishments in Hanoi and provinces and cities nationwide to promote and introduce products, promote exchanges and cooperation; exchange and learn experiences, seek and expand markets, distribution systems, and product consumption; connect and seek business cooperation opportunities, thereby attracting investors to do business, invest and develop the local economy, contributing to building Hanoi city and Bac Giang province to become a highlight in the development of trade and key tourism in the provinces of the Northern key economic region.

The Space Area with an area of about 2,500 m², scale of 80 booths, includes: Space for promoting, introducing achievements, potentials, investment environment; Space for displaying, introducing, promoting strong, typical, characteristic products of Hanoi, Bac Giang and provinces in the Northern Key Economic Zone with specialty products, OCOP-recognized products, handicrafts, agricultural products, food, ... Gifts brought to the Exhibition include rich products from famous traditional craft villages in Hanoi such as Bat Trang ceramics, Ha Thai lacquer, embroidery, Thuong Tin fine art wooden furniture, Thuy Ung jewelry horns, etc. Rubber tire sandals associated with historical stories of the resistance war have today become famous export products, along with many textile and fashion products.

Space to introduce and promote tourism, culture, attractive tourist destinations, new tourism products, tours that bring new experiences of Hanoi city, especially, connecting heritage, developing tourism between Hanoi and Bac Giang through tours to experience the real heritage of Thang Long Imperial Citadel - Vinh Nghiem Pagoda - Tay Yen Tu...; Space for transactions, connecting production units with distribution systems (wholesale and retail units, shopping centers, supermarkets, wholesale markets, food chains, restaurants, hotels, e-commerce sites,...); Beautiful images, attractive tourist destinations of the capital and provinces... and other auxiliary areas.
