Diverse job opportunities

Mr. Cao Tan Truong, Director of the Employment Service Center, said: 28 agencies, units, businesses, vocational education institutions, employment service centers... brought countless job opportunities both domestically and internationally, including within the local area, to the job fair. The fair also provided diverse information, from recruitment, vocational training, labor market, employment needs, employment support policies to policies on loans for working abroad.

This is an opportunity for workers, especially students, demobilized soldiers, those who have completed their prison sentences, and those affected by economic restructuring, to find suitable and satisfying jobs. At the same time, the event also features 7 OCOP (One Commune One Product) booths showcasing, introducing, and selling local specialties and products. This is not only a place to promote the value of "One Commune One Product" but also to foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and create local jobs.

This year's Job Fair is not just a simple job networking event, but also a platform for fostering connection, demonstrating dynamism and creativity in human resource development and social welfare. It also disseminates labor market information, creating opportunities for workers in the province to find jobs locally, domestically, and internationally.

Mr. Phan Dai Thang, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs

Arriving early at the job fair, Ms. Bui Thu Trang (Tuy Hoa City) said she wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with various companies to find a job that suits her family circumstances and personal needs. "There are quite a few options, but I have to consider carefully because my situation has changed after having a baby. I need a job with less pressure, flexible hours, but still an income that meets the minimum living standard," Ms. Trang said.

According to Ms. Trang, before quitting her previous job, she earned 6 million VND per month, or around 7-8 million VND with overtime. "I had to be very frugal just to make ends meet. So I hope to find a new job with a minimum income of 8 million VND per month, or around 9-10 million VND per month with overtime," Ms. Trang shared.

Also arriving early for the job fair, Nguyen Tan Dung from Hoa Tan Dong commune (Dong Hoa town) found a suitable profession after some searching and consideration. "Previously, I worked at a company in Binh Duong, earning 10-12 million VND/month. Now that I've returned to my hometown, I want to find a stable job near home. I came here and I'm very happy to have found a suitable job at Phong Phu International Investment Joint Stock Company - Phu Yen . I signed a contract with the company right at the job fair and will start working next week," Dung happily stated.

According to Mr. Cao Tan Truong, at the end of the two-day Job Fair 2025, 546 workers received in-depth advice on employment and career paths. Of these, 231 registered for domestic employment, study abroad, and overseas work. Six workers were directly recruited and hired by Ba Hai Joint Stock Company and Phong Phu International Investment Joint Stock Company - Phu Yen right at the fair.

Connecting supply and demand

Participating in the job fair here for the first time, Mr. Duong Truong Sinh, representative of Musasino Group (Japan) in Vietnam, said he was very impressed by the scale of the event. "We want to bring official information about temporary work programs in Japan to workers in Phu Yen, especially those working at Musasino Group," Mr. Sinh shared.

According to Mr. Sinh, the Japanese market is currently very attractive to workers from the provinces, and work programs at the Musasino Group attract a large number of participants. Many programs only require a junior high school diploma. Families facing financial difficulties can access financial support packages, helping to keep the cost of going to work in Japan from being too high.

Phu Yen High-Tech Dairy Farm Co., Ltd. is a familiar business to local workers. Ms. Mai Thi Thanh Phuong, the company's administrative supervisor, said that the company is currently recruiting. The goal this time is to fill many positions, while also continuing to post job openings on digital platforms to reach potential workers.

At the end of the two-day 2025 Job Fair, 546 job seekers received in-depth career and employment counseling. Of these, 231 registered for domestic employment, study abroad, or overseas work. Six job seekers were directly recruited and hired by Ba Hai Joint Stock Company and Phong Phu International Investment Joint Stock Company - Phu Yen right at the fair.

Nhan Kiet Human Resources Supply Co., Ltd. participated in the event as a recruitment agency, introducing a range of job positions suitable for various labor groups, especially unskilled laborers, technical workers, and entry-level and intermediate vocational personnel. Mr. Le Ngoc An, a representative of the company, stated: "Within the framework of the job fair, Nhan Kiet's booth received and directly interviewed hundreds of candidates from districts, towns, and cities in the province. The positions offered were mainly in the fields of manufacturing, food processing, logistics, electronics assembly, and technical maintenance – working in major industrial parks in the Central region such as Hoa Khanh Industrial Park (Da Nang), Dien Nam Dien Ban Industrial Park (Quang Nam)... In addition to recruitment activities, Nhan Kiet's human resources team also provided career guidance, answered questions about recruitment conditions, working environment, salary levels, and welfare policies from partner businesses."

Speaking at the event, Mr. Phan Dai Thang, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, emphasized: The Phu Yen Province Job Fair 2025 is a particularly important event, organized immediately after the National Assembly issued a resolution on the rearrangement of provincial-level administrative units; merging Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces to promote socio-economic development, increase the efficiency of state management and streamline the organizational structure; in line with the trend of administrative reform and sustainable development… Therefore, this year's job fair is not only an activity connecting labor supply and demand, but also a historical milestone, demonstrating the dynamism, creativity and efforts of the entire province in developing human resources, caring for social welfare and creating sustainable livelihoods for the people. The fair acknowledges that the labor supply and demand connection work has been implemented systematically and effectively. The Employment Service Center operates professionally, has experience in organizing and providing market information regularly.

According to Mr. Phan Dai Thang, the province is also focusing on building a labor market data network and forecasting short-term, medium-term, and long-term skill needs, in order to promptly implement social security and employment policies.

"This year's Job Fair is not just a simple job networking event, but also a platform for fostering connection, demonstrating dynamism and creativity in human resource development and social welfare. It also disseminates labor market information, creating opportunities for workers in the province to find jobs locally, domestically, and in overseas labor markets," Mr. Thang emphasized.
