Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Tax Department Duong Hong Linh awarded the first prize of "Lucky Invoice" in the third quarter of 2023 to customers.
At the ceremony, Ha Tinh Tax Department awarded 1 first prize worth 10 million VND to Ms. Nguyen Thi Suong in Nghen town (Can Loc) under the "Lucky Invoice" selection program of the third quarter.
The unit also awarded 3 second prizes, each worth 3,000,000 VND; 5 third prizes, each worth 1,500,000 VND; 7 consolation prizes, each worth 500,000 VND to lucky taxpayers. The total prize value is 30 million VND.

Based on the database of 209,778 electronic invoices with tax authority codes issued from October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 (including 5,501 invoices with buyers being individuals and business households eligible for random selection), the software "Lucky Invoice" randomly selected 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 7 consolation prizes. The total prize value is up to 30 million VND. Accordingly, the first prize belongs to customer Nguyen Song An (An Oanh Agent) in An Loc village, Thach Chau commune, Loc Ha district, tax code: 8752500652-001.

The “Lucky Invoice” program is implemented according to the principle of random selection using the “Lucky Invoice” software on the electronic invoice database system with the code of the General Department of Taxation. Lucky invoices have full identification information of the buyer (tax code/citizen identification card/identity card/passport).
Lucky invoices do not include: canceled invoices, adjusted invoices, replacement invoices, invoices with duplicate seller and buyer tax identification numbers.
The program aims to encourage buyers to get invoices when purchasing goods and services to enhance business revenue management, avoid tax losses; create civilized consumption habits, purchase and sale of goods must have invoices and legal documents, and protect the rights of buyers.
