Opening of training course for civil servants at senior specialist level and equivalent, course 24/2024

On the morning of August 17, Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School coordinated with the National Academy of Public Administration to organize the opening ceremony of the training course for civil servants at the senior specialist level and equivalent, course 24/2024. Attending the class were Dr. Bui Huy Tung, Head of the Training Management Board, National Academy of Public Administration. Attending and participating in the class were comrades: Vu Van Dien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thi Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and trainees who are leaders of departments, branches, heads and deputy heads of departments of the province.

Attending the training course, students will be taught 27 specialized training programs and 6 reporting topics by professors, associate professors, doctors, and senior lecturers of the National Academy of Public Administration, such as: Controlling the implementation of state power in Vietnam today; development trends of Vietnamese Socialist law; public service culture and public service responsibilities; national digital transformation management; national financial security; public-private partnership in public service provision; inter-sectoral and inter-regional management; emergency management skills; circular economy and the role of the State; analytical thinking skills and systemic thinking...

Comrade Vu Van Dien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that Quang Ninh province always pays special attention to the training and development of cadres and considers this a regular and important task. He requested that the trainees strictly comply with the regulations, concentrate on studying, actively research, actively exchange and discuss to clarify issues according to the program content and apply them in practice. He also requested that the trainees arrange their time reasonably to ensure studying according to the class program and achieve the highest learning efficiency.
