The event was organized by the National Competition Commission, the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) in collaboration with the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) Electronic Newspaper, aiming to change consumer behavior, promote green production and build a circular economy.
According to Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, sustainable production and consumption is not only a long-term strategy but also an urgent requirement to improve national competitiveness and adapt to climate change.

In the context of the global transition to a green and circular economy , Vietnam is strongly implementing innovative policies, supporting businesses in digital transformation, promoting sustainable production and consumption. Many communication campaigns and community education programs have been launched to change consumer behavior, moving towards a zero-emission society.
Management agencies, social organizations, businesses and the media accompany consumers on the journey of transforming production and business models towards greening, aiming to build a circular economy, sustainable and inclusive development.
Within the framework of the program, the thematic discussion: “Green business – Journey of creating sustainable value from the roots” focuses on sharing models and practical experiences in green innovation. Meanwhile, the discussion “Greening life – From ideas to action” helps consumers better understand how to identify environmentally friendly products, choose natural materials and update new consumption trends in modern distribution systems.
Along with the seminar is an exhibition with 50 booths of more than 30 domestic and foreign enterprises, introducing products, technologies and sustainable production and consumption models. The event is expected to attract about 30,000 - 50,000 direct and online attendees.
At the exhibition, participants also experienced interactive activities, real-life games, exchange and receive gifts, instructions on choosing green products, reducing single-use plastic, saving energy and protecting the environment.
The program not only creates a space for connection between stakeholders but also contributes to promoting social awareness, inspiring positive actions from the community, and together creating a more sustainable consumption future for Vietnam in the green era.
